Creating freely starts with respecting the space.

By booking with Flash Haus, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. These guidelines help us maintain a clean, safe, and creative environment for every guest. Failure to comply may result in additional fees charged to your card on file or termination of future booking privileges.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Once booked, your time slot is locked in. Please double-check your date, time, and room before confirming — changes may not be fixable once submitted.

• We allow one-time reschedules for illness or emergency, but only for weekday sessions (Monday–Friday). No weekend reschedules allowed.

• Your rental includes setup and cleanup. Arrive and exit on time — you must be fully cleaned up and out by the end of your session.

• No early entry — even if the room appears empty.

• Only use the rooms you’ve booked. Unauthorized use of other rooms may result in fees or removal.

• Return the space to its original condition:

  - Reset furniture and props

  - Make the bed (if applicable)

  - Dispose of trash

• Cleaning supplies are provided. A $50+ cleaning fee applies if the space is left dirty.

• Cake smashes must stay on the floor and away from paper backdrops — clean thoroughly afterward.

• You are financially responsible for any damage to studio furniture, equipment, props, or decor — including damage caused by your guests, children, assistants, or vendors.

• Do not drag furniture — always lift and place with care.

• The tub in the Clean Room is fixed and may not be moved under any circumstances. Attempting to relocate or tamper with it may result in damage and will incur a minimum $250 damage fee.

• If bedding gets soiled (makeup, spray tan, wine, etc.), place it in the laundry basket and notify staff.

• Notify us immediately if something breaks during your session — or let us know before your session starts if you notice existing damage.

• Flash Haus is a content creation studio — not a photography service. Bring your own photographer or check out our Featured Photographers tab.

• No nudity or undressing in shared areas — use the designated rooms.

• Keep music at a respectful volume. If you’re warned and don’t comply, your session may be cut short without refund.

• Absolutely NO smoke bombs, candles, incense, or open flames.

• No alcohol, drugs, or anyone visibly under the influence is allowed without prior approval.

• Children must be supervised at all times. Flash Haus is not responsible for accidents involving unsupervised minors

• No pets allowed, with the exception of ADA-compliant service animals (must notify us 24 hours in advance).

• Confetti, glitter, petals, and balloons are welcome — but must be completely cleaned up. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the space is left messy.

• Flash Haus is under 24/7 video and audio surveillance in all common areas.

• Walk-ins are not permitted. For tours, please schedule in advance.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any time, with or without refund.

• Dangerous, illegal, or explicit activity will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

By entering Flash Haus, you assume full responsibility for your actions and those of your guests, including third-party vendors. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Flash Haus, its owners, and team members from any liability, injury, loss, or damage incurred while on-site.

All studio activities — including use of props, lighting, furnishings, or sets — are at your own risk. Flash Haus is not liable for:

• Personal injury or accidents due to tripping hazards, misuse of furniture, or equipment

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Incidents related to children, animals, or outside vendors

• Any injury or issue resulting from unauthorized alcohol or substance use

• Conduct or performance of outside vendors (e.g., makeup artists, photographers)

You are also responsible for knowing emergency protocols, including the location of exits and fire extinguishers.
