By booking with Flash Haus, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. These guidelines help us maintain a clean, safe, and creative environment for every guest. Failure to comply may result in additional fees charged to your card on file or termination of future booking privileges.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a time slot is secured, it’s locked in. We do allow one-time reschedules for illness or emergencies — but only for a weekday session (Monday–Friday). Weekend reschedules are not permitted. Double-check your date, time, and room before confirming. Booking errors may not be fixable once submitted.

Your rental time includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly. Arrive on time and be out by the end of your session — that means fully cleaned up and cleared out.

• Early entry is not allowed — even if a room appears empty.
• Do not enter or shoot in rooms you haven’t booked.
• All rooms must be returned to their original condition. This includes resetting furniture and props, making the bed (if applicable), and clearing out trash.
• A minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the space isn’t left as you found it. Cleaning supplies are provided for your use.
• Cake smashes are allowed — but only on the floor and not on paper backdrops. Please clean thoroughly afterward.

You are financially responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or decor. Notify us immediately if something breaks during your session. If you arrive and find something already damaged, let us know before your session begins.

• Dragging furniture is not allowed — it can damage both floors and pieces. Please lift and place carefully.
• If bedding becomes soiled (makeup, spray tan, wine, etc.), place it in the designated laundry basket and let us know.

Flash Haus is a content creation space, not a photography service. Photographers must be booked separately. Need help finding one? Please click on our "Featured Photographers" tab to view our features photographers. 

• No nudity or public undressing in shared areas — please change in designated rooms.
• Keep music and noise to a respectful volume. If a warning is issued and not followed, your session may be cut short without a refund.
• Absolutely no smoke bombs, open flames, incense, or candles are allowed.
• Alcohol, drugs, and anyone visibly under the influence will be denied entry.

• No pets allowed. ADA-compliant service animals are welcome with 24-hour notice.
• Confetti, glitter, petals, and balloons must be fully cleaned up. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Flash Haus has 24/7 video and audio surveillance in common areas including hallways, lobby and common areas.

• Walk-ins are not permitted. To schedule a studio tour, contact us in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any time for any reason, with or without refund.
• Dangerous, illegal, or explicit activity will result in immediate termination of the session and possible notification of authorities.

By entering Flash Haus, you accept full responsibility for your actions and those of your guests. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Flash Haus, its owners, and team members from any liability, injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises.
